Hi, I’m Alanna,

The physical therapist behind Western Edge PT.

I have been working with patients in Sheridan and the surrounding communities for the last 5 years. My Sheridan Born and Raised Husband, and I just welcomed our first baby girl in June 2025.

I graduated from Davis and Elkins College with my Bachelors in Exercise Science, and my Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Pacific University.

I specialize in pelvic floor, prenatal, postpartum, vestibular, and orthopedic care, and I’m passionate about helping women and adults understand their bodies and feel more confident in their movement. I’m a mother myself, and I deeply value women empowering women—especially in the seasons of pregnancy, postpartum, and beyond. I built this practice to offer high-quality, individualized care in a setting that’s supportive, comfortable, and truly focused on you.

My approach is centered around listening, clear education, and treatment plans that make sense for your real life—not a rushed checklist or a one-size-fits-all routine. I believe people heal best when they understand what’s happening in their own body, feel safe to ask questions, and have a provider who meets them where they are.

A Little About Me…

SPECIALTY AREAS AND WHY I CHOSE THEM:

Women’s Health & Pelvic Floor Rehabilitation

I pursued advanced training in pelvic floor and perinatal care because these areas are often misunderstood and underserved. My goal is to help women navigate pregnancy, birth, and postpartum with clarity, support, and evidence-based treatment that truly fits their lives.

Vestibular & Balance Rehabilitation

I specialize in vestibular rehab because vertigo and dizziness can be disruptive and frightening. With targeted evaluation and treatment, many patients experience significant relief in just a few sessions. I’m committed to helping people feel steady, safe, and confident again.

Orthopedic & Sports Rehabilitation

I continue to treat general orthopedic conditions because they impact nearly every part of daily movement. From joint pain to overuse injuries, I take a whole-body approach to help patients move better, build strength, and return to the activities that matter to them.

My Philosophy:

Work Hard,

Play Hard
