Client Reviews

“Highly recommend Alanna! She helped me figure out some issues I was having postpartum after my second baby. I really appreciated how kind and compassionate she was during our sessions. Before she did any treatments or exams she always explained exactly what she would be doing and made sure I was comfortable before continuing. Her treatment plans were easy to follow. It’s clear she has a passion for what she does!”

“Alanna is truly exceptional. She supported me through physical therapy during two and postpartum, and her expertise and compassion were instrumental in helping me achieve my goal of having both births unmedicated. Alanna has an incredible ability to meet people exactly where they are and guide them toward their goals and an improved quality of life. I’m so grateful for her dedication and the positive impact she has on our community. Thank you, Alanna!”

“Working with Alanna has been a great experience and her step by step system that gauges metrics and progress over the timeline of the rehab process. She tracks the progress with the feedback week by week and this proactively keeps me on track when doing rehab sessions when working remotely. The dry needling service is very successful in regaining range of motion of my knee.“
